Refund and Returns Policy

At SOURTAKE, we want your journey to relaxation to be completely stress-free. If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, we are here to help.

Overview

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your coloring book must be unused, uncolored, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. It must be in its original packaging (including any protective plastic wrap or branded sleeves).
  3. Any included bonus items (e.g., bookmarks, test pages) must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our collections, the following items cannot be returned:

  1. Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all PDF coloring pages and digital books are non-refundable once downloaded.
  2. Gift Cards: These are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Personalized/Custom Orders: Books that have been customized with names or specific details.
  4. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the book.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

  1. Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital content, all PDF coloring pages and digital books are non-refundable once downloaded.
  2. Gift Cards: These are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  3. Personalized/Custom Orders: Books that have been customized with names or specific details.
  4. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Final Sale” event are not eligible for returns.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Any book with obvious signs of use, folded corners (“dog-ears”), or any colored-in marks.
  2. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)

We take great care in packaging your “cozy” mail, but we know things can happen during transit. We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged (e.g., bent covers, torn pages, or printing errors).

If you receive a damaged book, please email us at sourtake@outlook.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A photo of the damage.

We will ship out a replacement to you immediately at no additional cost.

Gifts

  1. Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  2. Not Marked as a Gift: If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please mail it to: Pune, Maharashtra.

  1. Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  2. Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
